Awards for Nordzucker as an employer
Nordzucker received two awards at the beginning of 2020, one for being among the “TOP one per cent of German employers” and one for being one of the best German training companies in 2018, 2019 and 2020.
LEADING EMPLOYERS is one of the most extensive employer surveys in Germany and incorporates a wide range of quality criteria into a comprehensive assessment.
We received the second award from FOCUS MONEY. Statements on issues such as workplace safety, focus on employees and job satisfaction were gathered and compared. In addition, extensive and structured questionnaires were evaluated. According to the results, Nordzucker has been one of the best apprenticing companies in Germany for three years in a row.
