For several years, Nordzucker has held a majority stake in Mackay Sugar Ltd., Australia’s second-largest sugar producer, which produces raw sugar from sugar cane at three locations.

At Nordzucker, we have many years of experience in sugar production and manufacture a wide range of different sugar products of the highest quality.

We process beet and cane in efficient production facilities that are constantly being modernised. At the end of the sugar extraction process, the product is crystalline sugar.
