Change of Head of Factory at Nordzucker’s Uelzen site

Julian Kulenkampff took up his post as Head of Factory at the Nordzucker site in Uelzen on 1 March 2026. Runi Egholm, who has managed the factory for the past three years, is taking over as Head of Facory at the Nykøbing sugar plant in Denmark. Julian Kulenkampff was most recently Head of Production Excellence at the company’s headquarters in Braunschweig and had been supporting the Nykøbing site as Operational Manager since November 2025.

Julian Kulenkampff joined the Nordstemmen site in 2010 as a production engineer. After holding various technical and strategic positions, he took on group-wide responsibility for Production Excellence in 2023. Following his short-term assignment in Nykøbing from November 2025, he is now succeeding Runi Egholm in Uelzen. “The close cooperation with Julian Kulenkampff over the past few months, but also his flexibility in spontaneously supporting the site in Nykøbing, Denmark, as Operational Manager in the middle of the campaign, have shown the dedication and involvement with which he approaches new tasks. I would like to thank him for his commitment to the Nordzucker Group to date and wish him a successful start at the Uelzen factory,” explains Rudolf Bakker, Head of Operations at Nordzucker AG.
