They guide our decision-making and how we work with one another.<\/div>\n\n\n<p>At Nordzucker, we all act on the basis of the same four values which shape our work activities. Our behaviour determines how the world sees us. We are guided by our shared values and measure ourselves according to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibility<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We are committed to acting sustainably. We take responsibility for our actions and the impact they have on our environment. Each of us is responsible for our own duties and therefore plays a role in our company\u2019s success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dedication<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We approach our work with enthusiasm and we are highly dedicated. We aim to give our best in everything we do. Teamwork is key to our success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Courage<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Our courage helps us to be innovative, make decisions and be open to change. This is what will move us forward. In order to grow and develop, we are willing to accept mistakes and learn from them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Appreciation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>An attitude of respect characterizes our interaction with each other as well as with our customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
