We connect our talents across functions and countries.<\/div>\n\n<figure>\n\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nordzucker.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/nordzucker_people-at-nordzucker_success-stories_networking-event.webp\" class=\"max-w-full\" \/>\n\t\t<\/figure>\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Energy, Dynamics, Potential \u2013 TALENT.Network<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>TALENT.Network, a networking meeting of all Nordzucker talents, brought talents of eight different countries together.&nbsp; They got to know each other, received inspiring impulses and worked out futures visions together. During the two-day event, the participants dealt with topics relating to the megatrends \u201c<em>New Work<\/em>, C<em>orporate Health<\/em> and <em>Diversity\u201d<\/em>. There were lectures, workshops and time for networking.&nbsp; The participants discussed new ideas, explored alternatives and acted across cultural differences as a team. The results were impressive in terms of creativity, quality and practical use for daily operations at Nordzucker.
