Discover diverse perspectives <\/strong>as a trainee<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you’re looking for the ideal entry into an international company after university, our trainee program is exactly the right springboard. You’ll get to know different areas, work at different locations and take on responsibility in projects. The program runs for two years, and roughly every three months you’ll get to know a new department within our Operations, Engineering & Technology or Agri divisions.
