We train electronics technicians in our Clauen, Klein Wanzleben, Nordstemmen, Uelzen and Schladen factories.
The job of an electronics technician in operations technology includes the assembly and wiring of mechanical, electro-mechanical and electrical devices. In addition, you will also be responsible for measuring physical parameters and testing the function of stored program controllers, laying cables, and carrying out maintenance work on equipment with the help of wiring diagrams and other technical documents.
Responsibilities as an electronics technician at Nordzucker
Your skills, knowledge and abilities make a major contribution during the maintenance period to ensuring that all of our machinery is in proper working order ready for the next campaign.
Your daily tasks include the production, expansion and modification, maintenance and servicing of equipment involving energy technology and energy distribution technology, systems for control, adjustment and drive technology, and signalling and lighting equipment in the sugar factories. This includes the maintenance of machinery such as sugar beet sampling installations, and preparing machinery and systems for sugar production, sugar storage and sugar packaging.
During the campaign itself (sugar production period), electronics technicians can expect to be assigned to any of the production areas.
